Caledonia Spirits is a craft distillery located on the banks of the Lamoille River in the Northeast Kingdom, and rooted in the agriculture of Vermont. Hardwick, Caledonia Country, is a community inspired by farms where the production of milk, cheese, timber, grains, honey, seeds, and herbs are part of their lives and help define their place.
Caledonia Spirits Barr Hill Gin is a very well structured spirit, made from juniper and raw honey, which is added after distillation.  It is a true artisan spirit, made with dedication to nature and quality in mind. Bottled at 45% alc./vol.
NOSE: Subtle, juniper, lemon zest, pine, a pleasant note of sweetness lingering in the background. With the drop of water sweetness emerges more.
PALATE: Soft, velvety, piny, juniper in the development, giving way to honey sweetness.
FINISH: Long, honey, lemon, juniper lingering.
