Description

English classic is the first new single malt to be distilled in England in about hundred years. It is produced by the iconic St. George’s Distillery, established in 2008. All of their whisky is batch made by hand with no computers, matured in fine casks, bottled on site using their own water at either 46% alc/vol, or cask strength without any additional color, and is non chill-filtered.

English Classic Cask Strength is a cask strength version of English Classic single malt, bottled at 60.5% alc/vol. An absolute must try.

NOSE: Barley, cereal, vanilla.

PALATE: Thick and chewy, oak, vanilla, note of sweetness, white pepper, fresh pear, celery.

FINISH: Long, oak, malty sweetness, nutty note.
