Description

Old Pulteney was established in 1826, and is located in the Pulteneytown area of Wick, in the Highlands, and it is the most Northerly mainland distillery in Scotland. Old Pulteney malts are known for their craftsmanship quality and maritime character.

Old Pulteney Navigator is matured in a mix of ex sherry and bourbon casks which have been hand selected by Pulteney Distillery Manager Malcolm Waring. It is non chill-filtered, bottled at 46% alc/vol. and judging by the color has no artificial coloring added. (mmmm, we likeeee!)

NOSE: Sweet apple, with notes of chocolate and vanilla.

PALATE: Syrupy orange, and honey.

FINISH: Medium, unexpectedly salty, briny.

Final note: An AMAZING addition to the OP lineup!
