Barterhouse 20yr is the first offering from the Orphan Barrel Co., brand owned by Diageo. This whisky comes from the stocks stored at the Stitzel-Weller distillery, and bottled at the George Dickel’s distillery in Tullahoma, Tennessee. 41.1% alc/vol.
One time release, extremely limited availability, strictly one per customer.
NOSE: Oak, old leather, varnish, caramel, marzipan, orange rind.
PALATE: Creamy, honeyed vanilla, orange, peach, tropical fruit.
FINISH: Long, soft, caramel, and a touch of spice.
