Castello di Monsanto Fabrizio Bianchi Sangioveto Rosato 2020




The Fabrizio Bianchi Rosato is produced from the youngest Sangiovese grapes at Castello di Monsanto. The wine has a great structure and a surprising ability to age, with notes of pleasant florals. This soft pale pink rose is produced through a short grape maceration period.

Vinification: Handpicked grapes selected at the optimum moment
of the vintage. The must is in contact with the skins for
about 10-12 hours before being separated by means of a
soft pressing and then vinified in stainless steel at a
controlled temperature
Aging: 2-3 months in the bottle
Color: Soft pale pink
Aroma: Hints of wild strawberries and nectarine
Palate: Strawberry, raspberry and flower flavors with a subtle minerality

Serving suggestions: Pair with salty dishes, hard cheese and cured meat
