Situated on the famous Pomerol plateau, the vineyard covers an area of 5.0 hectacres composed of 78.3% Merlot and 21.7% Cabernet Franc. This greets you with a chocolate, floral, black plum perfume.
Clos L’Eglise 2000 is a fat, rich, round, mouth filling wine that is intense and opulently textured. The finish ends with ripe, dark fruit flavors with a hint of chocolate covered licorice.
