Description

Deanston is one of the younger Scotch distilleries, it was founded in 1965 and is located in the Highland region of Scotland on the river Teith. Deanston started its existence in 1785 as a cotton mill. It remained as such until it was converted into distillery. Deanston is a very unique distillery, as it is the only one in Scotland to use its own hydro-energy facility and it supplies itself with electricity. Deanston produces high quality craft whisky with nature and local people in mind.
