Domaine Passaquay produces only 6’000 bottles of this wine every year and is one of the few to produce fendant almost like a dry rielsing. This 4 ha estate nested in the Swiss Alps is naturally irrigated by glaciers’ water and every grapes are hand-picked.
This refreshing dry wine is clean and crisp, mineral and aromatic (blossom, pear, lime). Definitely a “modern style” fendant that you cannot stop enjoying. Perfect for any appetizer
