Description

A 10-year-old Fettercairn from Douglas Laing’s Old Particular range. Distilled in September 2007 and bottled in July 2018 from a single refill hogshead. One of 346 bottles, at 48.4% ABV.

Nose: Shoe leather with sweet barley and melted white chocolate buttons.

Palate: Very honeyed with barbecue wood chips and a hint of green chilli.

Finish: Long, dry with more of the Malted barley and moving to Florida orange.
