Description

English classic is the first new single malt to be distilled in England in about hundred years. It is produced by the iconic St. George’s Distillery, established in 2008. All of their whisky is batch made by hand with no computers, matured in fine casks, bottled on site using their own water at either 46% alc/vol, or cask strength without any additional color, and is non chill-filtered.

This expression of the English Peated single malt is bottled at 46% alc/vol, very interesting peated malt, a must try for any peat head.

NOSE: Sweet, creamy, notes of ginger, white pepper, and vanilla, a note of smoke.

PALATE: Full, chewy, barley, peat and pepper, notes of citrus.

FINISH: Long, dry peat, and tropical fruit.

Final note: A permanent member in our whisky collection, a fine example of the younger generation of whiskys that are done right. Also, please check out the cask strength of this malt, it will knock your socks off
