Description
Sweet wine of a deep ruby red color, intense and persistent nose with marked notes of red fruits and hints of spice. The taste is balanced, round, soft, enveloping the palate with velvety tannins. The fruit here is partially dried on mats to reduce the water content and enrich the wine, like an Amarone. The result is an inky-black wine with deep purple edging, a nose of blackberry, vanilla, bramble fruits, and liqueur chocolates.
