In the tasting it has good attack and volume, displaying an elegance and freshness style, ideal for drinking now, with a huge opportunity to gastronomic pairing. Manual and machine harvest at night. Grapes conserved for 12 hours in boxes in the refrigeration chamber at 0ºC. Partial crushing and total destemmed. Cold maceration at 4 °C for 1 day. Fermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks and 20% in French barrels. This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
