Description

Once very widespread, today in the process of becoming rare, our Blanc d’Auvernier, like most Chasselas in Switzerland, is becoming a true Swiss specialty!

From the Chasselas grapes, after a brief maceration and then a vertical pressing, it is raised on lees, in oak barrel. This dry and sparkling wine has a regional character well marked. Sometimes tender and fruity, sometimes brighter and more subtle, it reflects the years it comes from.

Whether filtered or unfiltered, a few months of bottling show how much the wait is favorable to traditional methods of winemaking. Suitable for aperitif, accompanies starters, fish and all cheese dishes.
