Larceny is a small batch wheated bourbon from the Old Fitzgerld distillery, and a part of Heaven Hill family of spirits. The name originates from stories of John E. Fitzgerald’s habit of using his personal keys to the bourbon warehouses to ‘liberate’ barrels of his favorite bourbon to give to family and friends. This bourbon is composed of about 100 barrels or less, aged between 6 and 10 years.
NOSE: Simple syrup, baked pastries, citrus, ripe bananas, corn sweetness.
PALATE: Buttery caramel, butterscotch, vanilla, honey.
FINISH: Long, corn sweetness, a touch of oak.
