This is true to Tannat’s reputation. It’s nearly opaque in color, packed with blacker than black berry fruits with a solid structure that is entirely approachable today yet could certainly settle a bit in the years to come. Solid, unfiltered and excellent with meat fare – anything from broiled flank steak to roasts.
