The high malt content (70%) of McFadden conveys a full but smooth flavor. Robust and full-bodied whiskey. Matured in Bourbon, Sherry, and Irish cask oak. The Bourbon oak casks convey a clean and smooth flavor, the Sherry cask oak adds character while the Irish oak brings a pleasant spicyness and peppery attribute to McFadden’s.
