Description
Parker’s Heritage 8yr is a part of Parker’s Heritage 2015 collection. I was distilled at the Heaven Hill distillery in 2006 from 65% mal and 35% corn in 2006 by Co-Master Distiller Craig Beam. Denny Potter, Heaven Hill’s other Co-Master Distiller selected the 141 barrels that were used for what is the 9th version of this annual series from the 5th and 7th floors of Rickhouse Y located in Bardstown, Kentucky.
Parker’s Heritage 8yr Kentucky Straight Malt Whiskey is un chill-filterd and bottled at 54% alc/vol. Continuing to honor and support Parker Beam, $5 from the sale of each bottle will go toward ALS research. 141 barrels produced.
NOSE: Oak, dried dark fruit, citrus, vanilla.
PALATE: Bold, toffee, butterscotch, brown sugar, wood.
FINISH: Ling, spice, oak, bitter dark chocolate.
