Payet Acholado Pisco

This award-winning spirit takes its name, “Acholado” (meaning blend), by analogy with the diverse Creole mix of races in Peru. Payet Acholado Pisco is a blend of 5 grape varietals: Muscat, Pink Italia, Albilla, Torontel, and Quebranta. It is a rich and characterful spirit with fruit, spice and herbal notes. The nose presents an exquisite harmony between layers of crystallized orange, spices, and toasted hazelnut. This is followed by a fresh mouthfeel on the palate dominated by candied fruits and notes of cocoa. Payet Acholado is wonderful as a starter on its own, but it is also extremely well-fitted for a Pisco Punch. 40% alc/vol
