The nose is bursting with dark fruits, the Poggi Amarone Corte dei Castaldi is violet hued and medium to heavy bodied. Tastes of focused dark fruits, nicely plush in the mouth, with a lengthy finish. A great accompaniment with dinner next to the canal in Venice.
