Description

The origin of Bermudez goes back to 1852, eight years after the declaration of independence and foundation of the Dominican Republic, when Don Erasmo Bermudez created the formula of the Bitter Panacea, a rum to be taken as appetizing that soon became famous.

Ron Bermudez Aniversario is aged in select oak barrels for up to 12 years, this anniversary rum is bottled only once a year. A fine sipping rum comparable to old brandy.

Ron Bermudez Aniversario has a ”Deep amber color. Sweet banana, coffee, and coconut pudding aromas. A round entry leads to a glycerous, dryish medium-full body dark chocolate, nuts, dried mango and mineral flavors. Finishes in a peppery spice and dried fruit flourish with a wave of vibrantly peppery alcohol.”
