Description
Selection Clement Vignot Saint Emilion Grand Cru 2016 color is dark red with a purple tint. Nose of black fruits and pastry. A fine wine, round and rich, dense and ripe tannins, long finish with notes of black candied fruit. Total Production 2,703 cases Merlot 85%, Cabernet Franc 10%, Malbec 5%. Sandy Clay, Estate Grown, Sustainable Viticulture (HVE). Hand Harvested. Fermentation in Stainless and Concrete Thermo Regulated Tanks. Aged in 3-5 year old Oak Barrels for 18 Months. Estate Bottled.
