This Sauvignon Blanc plot is 30 years old and is one of the country’s older vineyard blocks, if not the oldest. This plot receives extra care and attention. The vineyard is planted in rich chalky soil in the Kfar Tabor area and its old, goblet-shaped vines are treated with meticulous care and limited irrigation. These low-yielding vines produce the best Sauvignon Blanc grapes in the country. This warm region is unique to growing Sauvignon Blanc and is the main factor influencing the richness in flavor of this particular wine.
