Description

Tobermory distillery was established in 1798 on the island of Mull in the village of Tobermory. It previously was known under the name Ledaig, but after multiple change of hands and periods of closures was named Tobermory. Currently it produces official bottlings under Tobermory name as well as peated malts under Ledaig brand.

The Maltman range of single malts is produced by Meadowside Blending company, based in Glasgow , Scotland. They offer an excellent range of fine single malt Scotch whiskies, as well as fine blended Scotch whisky for all tastes and budgets. As independent bottlers they are able to remain impartial and only put their name to the best quality of whiskies available.

The Maltman range, all single cask releases, is without any added coloring or chill-filtration. The whisky is kept as natural as the day it left the cask, leaving all the goodness of mother earth’s oils, fats and proteins, offering you a dram with outstanding aroma, texture and most importantly, taste.
