Description
Villa Jolanda Saint Valentine is an extra dry Italian white sparkling wine, made¬†by using the “Charmat” long method to carry out the sparkling process.¬†The grapes, picked manually, are immediately pressed and their must, filtered and refrigerated, and then fermented to get the basic wine for the sparkling process. This wonderful sparkling wine is excellent as aperitif, starters, main courses, cheese and seafood.
